    The parts that happen the same way every time are the parts that can be designed. That becomes the shape of the system.

    Pick the tool that fits

    The process comes first, the tool second. I work mostly in Notion, n8n, and AI models like Claude and Gemini — and which one you end up with depends on your problem, not on what I prefer building in, and not always on what you’re using now.

I’m Angel.

I spent over four years in business intelligence inside multinationals in Shanghai and Singapore, turning unclear questions and messy data into something a team could actually decide from — and cutting out a lot of manual work on the way.

I bring the same thing to businesses running on far fewer hands. When there are five of you instead of five hundred, a system isn’t a nice-to-have — it’s what stands between getting through the week and burning out.
